How Do I Use The My Comparison Chart Feature?

The compare function allows visitors to easily compare details and features of up to four (4) properties in a convenient chart.  To add a property to the compare chart, simply click on the + icon when viewing a property.  As soon as you do this, a right-bar slide will appear with a list of your compare properties.  You can click on the compare button from this sliding widget to view the comparison chart.  Additionally, you can view your comparison chart from the Main Menu – My Tools – My Comparison Chart.

How Do I Use The My Favourites Function?

When you are viewing a property you like and want to retain for further reading, you can easily add the property as a favourite by click on the * star icon located in the action bar at the top of the listing.

Note:  You must have an account and be logged  to use this function.  The public can create accounts easily through the login/register page.

To view your favourite properties, simply visit the Main Menu – My Tools – My Favourites.

How Does The My Saved Searches Feature Work?

As a visitor to the site, you can create ‘Saved Searches’ that will generate an auto email to your account when a new property is added to the site that meets your saved search criteria.

Note:  You must have an account and be logged  to use this function.  The public can create accounts easily through the login/register page.

To create a saved search, simply visit Main Menu – Search Rentals page and apply filters to the search form.  Click on the ‘Save Search’ button located below the search form fields and provide your search with a name such as ‘Homes with 3 bedrooms’.    Everytime a new property is added to the site that is marked as a home having 3 or more bedrooms, you will receive an email alert.
